Eligibility
The Paul Gregory Foundation Construction Careers Scholarship will be awarded to an individual student who is a rising high school senior that is enrolling as a full-time student in a construction management program within the Cape Fear region or in North Carolina, with a focus on the residential construction industry.
Students must be planning to enroll as a full-time student.
Scholarship Purpose
The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial support to students who are pursuing a career in the construction industry. By offering this scholarship, we aim to alleviate the financial burden of higher education and empower students to achieve their educational and professional goals in the construction field. This scholarship seeks to recognize and reward students who demonstrate academic excellence and leadership potential in the construction field.
Additionally, it aims to encourage students to contribute positively to their communities and the construction industry by fostering a new generation of skilled and dedicated professionals.
Length of Time
Scholarships are awarded for one academic semester per school year.
What is the Paul Gregory Foundation?
The Paul Gregory Foundation was established to serve as the philanthropic arm of the Wilmington – Cape Fear Home Builders Association, with a mission to strengthen and advance the construction industry through education and workforce development. The foundation focuses on introducing young adults to career opportunities in construction by providing direct financial support and program funding to students actively enrolled in construction-related programs throughout the Cape Fear region.
